Written weeks ago... sorry! Staying with the Wilkie family that we met on the Lake Waikaremoana walk for some well earned comfort after the tramp – and real food! In our time in Havelock North we engaged in “cultural activilies”, involving visiting a local 
cheesery, olivery, honeyery and (best of all!) winery, with at least 10 varieties of some very good wine!Also visited a fabulous British car museum, full of British masterpieces, including Vauxhall Vivas and Victors, Morris Minors, Morrice Marinas, Austin Allegro, Maxi & Princess and much more!
