Castlepoint

Out of Wellington and to Castlepoint for a couple of nights before heading back up north. Gorgeous little “end of the world place” (as the Lonely Planet accurately describes it) with a little beach, lighthouse and rugged coastline. Woke up to a gorgeous sunrise in the van, and was inspired to take an early morning walk along the beach – stunning skies. Walked around the bay and reef, and yes, it was warm and sunny – beginning to see weather changeability being a major factor of NZ life! More pics click here!
